Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are senior editors. Not only to they hold all the rights and responsibilities of administrators but they can also promote and demote administrators. They can also promote other users to bureaucrat although they cannot demote other bureaucrats.

Administrators
In order to keep the Cube Wiki working smoothly and looking nice, administrators have been given the tools to delete pages, rename images, protect pages, move pages, block users, and promote users. They are allowed to use the tools given to them to deal with issues facing the wiki.
